Refund policy
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at hello@shopemilyrose.com and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you next steps on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted, and the customer will be charged for any shipping fees. Emily Rose Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return request based on the condition of the item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We make every effort to ensure the quality of each item before shipping it out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been damaged (ex: holes, stains), had the tags removed, or appear to have been worn or washed. All items must be in new, clean condition. Emily Rose Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return request based on the condition of the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or items marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items include gift cards, bralettes, and any clearance items.

Exchanges
The fastest way for us to ensure that you get an item you love is to complete an exchange. Once the exchange request is accepted, Emily Rose Boutique will issue store credit in the form of a gift card for the amount paid. Store credit never expires.
Please note we are unable to offer price adjustments at this time.
Refunds
We want you to love what you buy, so we're happy to offer a full refund on all returned items either in the original form of payment or through store credit. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
