Shipping & Orders:
Orders typically take 2-3 days to process and then are shipped out. Please note orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been shipped.
Please double-check your shipping & billing information to ensure accuracy and help prevent any delays or missing packages.
We offer free standard shipping (4-7 business days) on all orders, no minimum purchase required. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, Emily Rose Boutique is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Exchanges & Returns:
Q: How long after delivery of my order will you accept returns or exchanges?
A: While we hope you love your order, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Q: Will you accept returns or exchanges if items are damaged?
A: We make every effort to ensure the quality of each item before shipping it out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been damaged (ex: holes, stains), had the tags removed, or appear to have been worn or washed. All items must be in new, clean condition (ex: no pet hair. Yes, we've seen this before!). Emily Rose Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return request based on the condition of the item.
Final Sale items include gift cards, bralettes, and any clearance items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:
Q: Will you give refunds in the original form of payment or only store credit?
A: We're happy to offer a full refund on all returned items either in the original form of payment or through store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the return.
Store credit never expires.
Please note we are unable to offer price adjustments at this time.
